Athletics: Competed in the heptathlon at the London 2012 Olympic Games, but did not finish the competition. Finished second in the event at the 2007 Universiade and was 11th at the 2010 European Championships.

Summer 2016: Injured her Achilles, forcing her to miss the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
February 2016: Tore a calf muscle competing in hurdles.
August 2015: Tore her left hamstring competing in hurdles.
Summer 2014: An Achilles' tendon injury missing the 2014 European Championships.
August 2013: Suffered a hamstring injury during the 100m hurdles at a World Cup event.
August 2012: Tore her hamstring in the 200m at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
June 2012: Hamstring injury caused her to drop out of the European Championships after one event of the heptathlon.
August 2011: Knee injury forced her to retire from the heptathlon at the World Championships after three events.

After another serious injury forced her to miss a major athletics competition, she was encouraged to try bobsleigh in 2016 by former Belgian pilot Elfje Willemsen, who she grew up competing against in athletics. (bobenskeleton.be)
