Summer 2020: Shin splints and Achilles tendonitis limited her training.

2018/19: Back injury kept her from competition until early January, but she again took third place at the Junior World Championships, winning the U23 title.

2016/17: Leg injury forced her to miss most of the season. Only competed in one Europe Cup race in late January and the U23 World Championships where she won gold in Winterberg.

By chance I wore it in all the important races last season, was successful and have always been doing it ever since. Milestones

Two-time World Championships two-woman silver medallist in 2020 (with Kira Lipperheide) and in 2021 (with Ann-Christin Strack), both times behind Kallie Humpheries (USA).

Five Junior World Championships medals in five appearances from 2016 to 2020 (three bronze, one silver, one gold). Three-time U23 World champion (2017, 2019, 2020).

Recorded six World Cup podium appearances in the two-woman, including one win in Koenigssee, in her first full season in 2020/21. Went into the final week of the season with a chance to win the overall World Cup standings, but with finishing sixth in Innsbruck, she placed second behind Austria's Katrin Beierl.

In 2019/20, started her World Cup career with eight straight podium appearances. She has only failed to reach the podium once, at the 2020/21 World Cup in Innsbruck, where she finished sixth.
