Husband Oleksii Petrenko (Biathlon): Represented Ukraine at two Youth/Junior World Championships (2011, 2013), and two Junior European Championships (2012-13). Later became a youth coach.
2014 World Cup in Antholz (Sprint - 60th)
December 2021: Illness accompanied by coughing. Returned mid-January 2022 at the Ruhpolding World Cup.
2018-20: Missed two full seasons due to knee problems and subsequent pregnancy and childbirth. After that, she fell on her coccyx and broke a finger.
September 2012: Concussion and broke a collarbone, when she was hit by a car while training. Returned two months later.
2011
Took up the sport in 2006.
Returning to training after childbirth. "I had very light training when the baby was two months old, and somewhere in June I tried to do more serious work, but some questions arose. I fell down the stairs onto my coccyx, which caused me to drop out of the training regimen for almost a month. Then, when the pain gradually began to go away, I broke my finger on my hand."
