Father Leonid Reztsov (Biathlon): Competed on 1987/88 World Cup tour. International Master of Sports. Multiple Soviet Union champion. Honoured Coach of Russia.
Mother Anfisa Reztsova (Cross-country skiing, Biathlon): Three-time Olympian, representing Soviet Union (1998), Unified Team (1992), and 1994 (Russian Federation). Three-time Olympic champion - cross-country (1988 relay) and biathlon (1992 sprint, 1994 relay), with
cross-country silver (1988 20km), biathlon bronze (1992 relay). Three-time cross-country world relay champion (1985, 1987, 1999).
Sister Daria Virolainen (Biathlon): Back-to-back World Championship appearances (2015-16). Two-time European Championship medallist, winning single mixed relay gold (2017) and pursuit bronze (2014).

2020: Missed the 2020/21 season due to pregnancy. Returned to training in May 2021.

Started biathlon in 2010 at a sports school in the Moscow region, and began training in 2014 in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Compete at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
