Cross-country skiing: Competed at the 2011 World Championships in Oslo, finishing 87th in the sprint, after two Junior World Championship appearances (2010-11). Finished fourth in the 20km pursuit at the 2011 National Championships. One Balkan Cup podium from 2011 (Bansko). Participated at the 2011 European Youth Olympic Festival.

January 2021: Tested positive for COVID-19 at the World Cup in Oberhof. Had to be quarantined in his hotel alongside his Bulgarian teammates and technical officials. Returned to competition in February at the World Championships in Pokljuka.

2010

:

Started skiing at a very young age and practised alpine skiing at the skiing resort of Pamporovo near his hometown Chepelare. At school, he turned to orienteering, but his club fell apart. Then his father directed him to biathlon and began training in 2006. (sporta.bg, 18 Dec 2012)

Milestones

At the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, he was rather disappointed placing 56th in the sprint, 60th in the pursuit, 71st in the individual and 16th in the relay.

A regular competitor at World Championships since 2015 he achieved his best results in 2017 in Hochfilzen: 11th in sprint, 39th in individual and 9th in men's relay.

Sinapow made his debut in the men's races at the start in the 2012/13 season and had his debut in the World Cup individually in Jan 2014 in Oberhof. His best result individually was a 16th place in the sprint of Khanty in Feb 2016. In three seasons (2015/2016, 2016/2017, and 2018/2019) he placed between 70th and 75th in the total score.

He participated in four consecutive Youth/Junior World Championships between 2011 and 2014. At his last participation in Presque Isle he had his only two top ten results with 10th place in the sprint and 9th in the pursuit. He also took part in the junior races of the European Championships achieving two 4th places. He only medaled in the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships winning bronze in the mixed relay in 2011 and in the sprint in 2014.
