Graduated in 2018 from Montana State University (Bozeman, MT, USA), with a degree in business administration. Previously studied production engineering at Tallinn University of Technology, and transport and logistics at the Helsinki University of Technology.

National: Fiodor Svoboda (BLR)
Brother Johan Talihaerm (Biathlon): Represented Estonia at three Youth/Junior World Championships (2013-15), with four top-15 finishes. Junior European Championship mixed relay bronze medallist in 2014. Primarily racing in the IBU Cup, he competed in four World Cup races. Alternate for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games. Retired in 2018.
Cross-country skiing: Finished second in the 5km Classic at the 2020 National Championships, after a fifth-place in 2014 (10km F). Competed at the US collegiate level with the Montana State University Bobcats from 2016-19, racing at the US National Championships and US Super Tour.
2010 IBU Cup in Martell (Individual - 61st, Sprint - 59th)
2012 World Cup in Oberhof (Relay - 14th)
March 2013: Developed angina (chest pain) at the 2013 Junior World Championships in Obertilliach after finishing the sprint. Withdrew from the remainder of her races.

When I was 13 I had no particular hobby or sport I did, but I was active and I liked long distance running so she suggested I try cross-country skiing under the same coach she had.
