Sister Sonne (Cross-country skiing, biathlon): Represented Stillwater High in cross-country. Competed internationally in cross-country in 2004 national championships and Junior World Championships; in biathlon at Youth and Junior World Championships from 2003-05.
Cross-country skiing: Competed in 2006 in a 10km freestyle race of the Nor-Am Cup

2008 World Cup in Hochfilzen (Individual - 79th, Sprint - 109th)
Dec 2018: Toe surgery after it was fractured in an incident with a treadmill. Missed about one month of the World Cup season.

His father and siblings were involved in the sport. Her sister was on the cross country ski team at her high school and a couple of her teammates were involved in the local biathlon club. Winning the first medal in biathlon for the United States of America.
She is most proud of the last relay of the 2017/18 season in Oslo: “We only finished seventh on the day, but it was the best team performance from all of us as a group.
