Father Christian Schwaiger (Alpine skiing): Ski professional in the United States and Japan. Head coach of the British ski team from 1998 to 2006. Held various positions with the German Ski Federation (DSV) from 2006, becoming the men's national head coach in 2019.
Partner Bernhard Leitinger (Biathlon): Competed at five Youth/Junior World Championships, finishing fourth at the 2010 junior relay. Two IBU Cup podium finishes in 2012, as well as a fourth (0.2 seconds behind). Diagnosed with lymph gland cancer in January 2015, returning in November 2016, before retiring in 2019.

Ninth-place at the Oberhof sprint in January 2021, her best individual result. "Today was really another really cool race for me. After all the stresses and strains of late, that was really good.
