REPRESENTING BOLIVIA
Born in Austria, he first went to Bolivia when he accompanied his ski coach father Rainer to South America. The idea of representing Bolivia internationally came after meeting some people from the Bolivian Skiing and Mountaineering Federation. After moving to Bolivia, he needed to wait three years to apply for citizenship, then another three years to finalize his passport. Gained Bolivian citizenship in 2015.
