During 2020/21 COVID-19 pandemic season, like most Chinese athletes she stayed at home for training and competition. She dominated FIS competitions in China, taking 12 victories with wins in slalom, giant slalom, super-G, and Alpine combined, along with multiple top-three finishes in downhill.
