Her passion for skiing began at a young age. She learned from her mother in her second winter in La Berra. Her mother and older brother and sister all skied competitively. Her first racing season was 2005/06 when she was third in the Friborg Cup. (noemiekolly.ch)

Memorable:

Scoring her first World Cup points (top-30), finishing 29th in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen downhill in January 2019 in what was her very first World Cup. "It is magic. No, really, I can't say anything more. I'm just so happy. Even though I know I still have a lot to learn from the girls in front of me, who have a lot more experience. General Interest

BIG WEEKEND IN CRANS MONTANA
In January 2021 she had a strong weekend with three top-30 World Cup finishes including a career-best 12th in super-G at Crans Montana.

"It's just incredible, I didn't think I would achieve a top-15 this year at this time of the season. I just wanted to have fun, without a target figure, to go as fast as possible to the bottom racing the lines I wanted. That's what I managed to do. I'm going to go there little by little. I achieved an incredible result, but it doesn't mean that I will do this in every race. If I do better, so much the better, otherwise, we keep the basics." (rts.ch, 25 Jan 2021)

Milestones

2019 Junior World Championships downhill silver medallist. Finished fourth in the super-G, missing the podium by 0.03 seconds behind her teammate, bronze medallist Lindy Etzensperger.

In 2020/21, her first full season competing on the World Cup, she had four top-30 finishes including a 12th in super-G at Crans Montana in January 2021.
