Milestones

Had a very good Olympic Winter Games debut as one of the youngest men on the Canadian team at PyeongChang 2018 with best finishes of 23rd in super-G and Alpine combined (top Canadian), and 35th in downhill.

Finished 11th in the Alpine combined at his first World Championships in 2021, his best result since a near two-year return to the World Cup after a serious leg injury. Was one place behind Canadian teammate Trevor Philp in 10th, and with James Crawford in fourth, that made for three Canadians in the top-11.

His best results in three Junior World Championships appearances (2013-15) are three top-20 finishes in 2015 at Hafjell, with a top rank of 11th in the Alpine combined.

Reached his first World Cup podium in Beaver Creek, Colorado in December 2021 after flying from 35th to third in the super-G. It was Canada’s first top-three finish in a men’s speed race since 2017.

Has a downhill medal of every colour at the National Championships (2016 gold and silver, 2020 bronze).
