Loved skiing from the first time she tried on her brother's ski equipment when she was two, but she started to cry when they tried to take off the equipment, so her parents enrolled her in lessons. There are no mountains in St-Isidore, but her grandparents, Louise and Marcel Bourdon, had a condominium at Mont-Tremblant, and that's where it all began. Started competing at age seven and made the Quebec provincial team at age 16. (thereview.ca, 26 Mar 2019; Athlete, 3 Jul 2021; olympic.ca)

Milestones

In her Olympic Winter Games debut at PyeongChang 2018, finishing sixth in the Alpine combined was the best result by any member of the Canadian Alpine skiing team.

Made her debut at the World Championships in 2015, which was highlighted by finishing 19th in the super-G, making her the top-ranked Canadian in the event. Her best individual finish is 11th in Alpine combined at St. Moritz in 2017.

Has a medal of every colour in three different events at two Junior World Championships, winning two medals in 2016 (downhill gold, super-G silver), and one in 2015 (giant slalom bronze).

Broke into the top-20 in just her third World Cup race, finishing 13th in the super-G in 2015 (St. Mortiz). To date, her career-best finishes are just off the podium in super-G in 2018 (fourth) and 2019 (fifth).
