First tried skiing when he was five years old in Zabljak, Montenegro. Over the next few years he fell in love with the sport. There is currently nowhere to ski close to his home in Plijevlja. When they took family trips to Durmitor-Zabljak national park, his father showed him skiers sliding on the snow. (vijesti.me, 30 Aug 2020)

Finishing 42nd in giant slalom at the 2019 World Championships in Are, the best ever performance for Montenegro at the event.

At the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games, he was 33rd in giant slalom.

At the 2017 European Olympic Youth Festival at Erzurum, he finished 10th in giant slalom.

He was third in the 2018 Montenegro national championships giant slalom.

In Feb 2020 he won a FIS slalom in Piana Brasov (ROU).
