Start:

Began skiing when she was three near her home in Visoko. When she was six, a ski instructor suggested she join Ski Klub Bjelasnica, where she began racing on Jahorina near Sarajevo, the venue for the women's Alpine events at the 1984 Olympic Winter Games. (Info 2018)

Memorable:

In January 2020 at Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, she became the first skier from Bosnia Herzegovina to score top-30 World Cup points, finishing 29th in downhill.

The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ankica Gudeljevic congratulated her after her strong finishes at the 2021 World Championships. "I am sure that there will be even better results in the future. Elvedina has proven that work and effort, in not always the best conditions, bring results. Milestones

Competed at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games with a best finish of 31st in downhill.

At the Innsbruck 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games, her top result was 16th in the Alpine combined.
