Her parents taught both her and her brother to ski at their family ski resort, Mt. Lyford in New Zealand, and at Le Grand Bornand in France. She took part in her first race at the age of five. “As a family, we lived for winter in the first seven years of my life. My brother Jonathan and I spent our childhood going back and forth between France and New Zealand. Until the age of seven, I did not know what summer was." Milestones

Two-time Olympian competing at Vancouver 2010 and PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games, missing Sochi 2014 due to injury. Her best individual finish is seventh in giant slalom at PyeongChang in 2018.

Was just 19 years old when she made her World Championships debut in 2009 in Val d'Isere, fifth after the first run in the giant slalom, she dropped a pole on the second and eventually came in seventh. “It’s all good experience for me."

In total, she has had seven World Championships appearances from 2009-21, winning six medals including giant slalom gold in 2013 at Schladming and 2017 at St. Moritz. Member of French gold medal-winning team in team parallel in 2011 and 2017. (olympics.com)

Had breakthrough bronze medal in giant slalom at 2008 Junior World Championships at Formigal.

Was only 16 when she made her World Cup debut in the giant slalom in Ofterschwang in February 2006, finishing 29th to score the first FIS points of her career.
