Won team parallel bronze at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

In his 2021 World Championships debut in Cortina d'Ampezzo, he was the lone Norwegian in the parallel final (did not finish run one, did not start run two).

2017 Junior World Championships giant slalom silver medallist. Finished fifth in the Alpine combined, after having the second-fastest time in run two (behind eventual winner Loic Meillard of Switzerland) and was 0.22 seconds behind the bronze medallist.

His first World Cup podium (and first top-10) came in February 2020, as runner-up in the slalom at Chamonix, just 0.21 seconds behind France's Clement Noel, shocking even himself from starting bib number 33. (vg.no, 21 Feb 2020)
