General Interest

TEAM CAPOVA
While her family doesn't compete, they have formed a support team around her during her career. Father Ivan is the main team leader, her brother Daniel helps with training, and sister Lucie serves as a physiotherapist. "He [father] arranges everything, from money to coaches. COVID-19
Coming back from her December 2019 knee injury during the 2020/21 pandemic season was a challenge. "I knew it's hard to come back after injury but I didn't realise it's not just about the injured part being OK, but also about the things around me (missed days on snow, conditioning, confidence, etc.). Also, coming back in the middle of pandemic with changes in the team didn't help much. Honestly, I'm quite glad the season is over because mentally, it was exhausting. I had a lot of downs and some ups, but I learned a lot, especially that you need to be patient, work hard and believe in yourself." (Instagram, 22 May 2021)
