March 2020: Torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in her left knee while giant slalom training in Reiteralm, ending her 2019/20 season. Underwent surgery with Dr. Juergen Mandl in Graz and did not return to racing until February 2021. (kurier.at, 5 Mar 2020)
2018/19: Cartilage damage, a torn medial collateral ligament (MCL) in her right knee, and a torn muscle in her left calf, caused her to miss a portion of the World Cup season and the World Championships in Are. January 2017: Tore the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and menisci in her right knee when she crashed in a World Cup downhill at Saalbbach-Hinterglemm. Came back just 11 months later to win the World Cup downhill in Lake Louise. (kurier.at, 5 Mar 2020)
